On Degree Day

The photographic team are efficient and the operation is simple. The portrait can be of the graduate on his or her own and/or with family and friends. There is no decision required on ordering, just a name and address required to send proofs thus keeping delays to a minimum. From October 2005 proofs will also be posted on the website with ordering facilities.

With nothing to pay on the day, resources are directed to the portraiture. On receipt of proofs there is no obligation to purchase, no hard sell, no chasing, no tele-sales.

On display will be the different types of presentation available with an administrator to answer any queries. Due to the numbers involved it has proved practical not to operate a diary although we always have one photographer available for booked appointments. We have five photographers available (with over 100 years experience between them!), one of whom also has administrative duties to organise people and paper work.

We have a range of academic dress for graduates to use at no additional cost. All photographers are experienced in the presentation of academic dress and are able to advise to obtain the perfect portrait. Attention to detail is of prime importance and is our key objective on the day.
